Whenever you get there
There is no closing time to work around.
Swift is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Finish a shift at eleven, come back from a weekend on the dirt roads at dawn, or pull in on a Sunday afternoon with the kids in the back. The bays are lit, the machine is running and the site is under 24 hour camera surveillance.
You will find it on Dimboola Road opposite May Park, right next to the BP, so it is an easy stop on the way through town.

When the automatic will not do
Open bays for the things that do not fit.
Vans, four wheel drives, roof racks, a ute that has been up a paddock all week. The manual bays sit alongside the automatic with high pressure lances and brushes on the wall, so you can take your time on the bits that need it and do the rest yourself.
The automatic bay is height restricted and the limit is posted at the entry, so if you are unsure about a roof rack or an aerial, the manual bays are the safe choice. One reviewer had exactly that problem and the crew washed his car by hand instead.

What the machine does not do
Someone is usually there, with a hose.
An automatic wash is quick, but it will always miss something. The bugs baked onto the front bar after a run down the highway. The mirrors. The wheels. So while the machine is running, the crew tend to be out there working on the parts it cannot reach.
It is the thing customers write about more than anything else, and it is the reason the same people keep coming back rather than driving to the next town.

Around town
A Horsham business, doing Horsham things.
Owners Gabriella Da Ros and Leigh Price have put the wash behind a few local causes over the years. In 2022 The Weekly Advertiser reported that a full day of automatic wash takings went to the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal, with Horsham SES members on site collecting donations and handing out hot cross buns.
More recently they threw their weight behind a fundraiser for Horsham supermoto rider Josh Mclean. As they put it on their own page, “the guy is a jet and deserves all of the support that we can generate for him.”
